Meds India Online Foreign Pharmacy Returns, Cancellations, Refunds, and Guarantees:
Returns: We are prohibited by law to accept returned medication. Once your order is shipped it cannot be cancelled or returned.
Order cancellation: You can cancel your order anytime before the order is packed (usually within 24 hours from the time your payment is received). There is a 20% order cancellation fee to cover our transaction costs for your order placement and refund in the event of order cancellation. After the order is packed for shipment the sale is final and the order may not be cancelled.
Delivery is 100% Guaranteed! If your order does not arrive within 21 days of shipping for any reason, i.e. if it is lost, stolen, or interceded by customs or just delayed and you notify us of non-delivery within 14 days, i.e. between the 22nd and 36th day after the order was shipped, we will reship your order or refund your payment at our discretion. You must report all non-deliveries within between 22 and 36 days after shipping. Claims for non-deliveries after 36 days of the ship date may be refused.
Note: When requesting a reship of a late order you must agree that if the original order does deliver as well as the reshipped order then you will pay for the duplicate order. The charges for the duplicate order will be reduced 10% and you will receive free shipping as well.
